Yes. Motion Studio uses Claude to direct and animate your film, through your own Claude Pro or Max plan (or a Claude API key). Your Claude plan is bought from Anthropic and is not included in the price.
You pay once and can use the version you bought for as long as you like. It never expires and needs no subscription. Bug fixes and stability updates are free. Bigger new features and new style packs are released as paid upgrades: buying them is optional, and your version keeps working either way.
Usually 1 to 2 hours for an 80-second film, depending on your Mac and the mode. A short 20–30 second film often takes under an hour. You can keep working while it runs.
As many as you like. Each film uses part of your Claude plan's usage, so the number per day depends on your plan. Max plans make more films per day than Pro.
