Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Motion Studio.

Refunds

• If Motion Studio doesn't work on your computer, write to support@trymotionstudio.com within 7 days of your purchase. We'll try to help first; if we can't get it running, we refund you in full.
• Please include your order ID or the email you bought with.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days (your bank may take longer).
• When a refund is made, the license key stops working on all computers.

When we can't refund

• Requests after 7 days.
• Your Claude plan, which is bought from Anthropic, not from us.
• Because the app works on your Mac but you'd rather not keep it, after the films have been made with it.

Cancellation

Motion Studio is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription to cancel. An order can't be cancelled after the license key has been delivered; see refunds above.
