We collect as little as possible. This policy explains what YOUR BUSINESS NAME collects through this website and the Motion Studio app.
When you buy
We keep your name, email address, order and payment IDs, amount and date, so we can deliver and support your license. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to the payment.
When you use the app
- When you sign in, and about every few days after that, the app sends our license server your email, license key, an anonymous device ID (a one-way hash, not your serial number), your computer's name and the app version. We use this only to check your license and count your computers.
- Your scripts, storyboards and films are made and stored on your computer. They are not sent to us.
- To make a film, the app runs Claude Code under your own Claude account, which sends your script and instructions to Anthropic. Anthropic's privacy policy covers that data.
- The app contains no advertising or third-party analytics.
We email your license key and important notices about your purchase. We don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies. The payment window from Razorpay may use its own cookies to process the payment securely.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the services that run the business (Razorpay for payments, our email provider, our hosting provider) or when the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting
We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your other data at any time by writing to support@trymotionstudio.com.
